By using Yield ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

What Yield Does

• Tracks your credit card benefits and helps you recover their value
• Scans transactions to detect benefit usage
• Alerts you when benefits are about to expire
• Recommends which card to use for maximum points

Yield is not a financial advisor. All recommendations are informational only.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must be a legal resident of the United States
• You must have at least one supported credit card

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must not share your account credentials
• You must provide accurate information when linking cards
• One account per person

Bank Connection

• We use a secure third-party service to access your bank transaction data
• By connecting your bank, you authorize the retrieval of your transaction data
• You can disconnect your bank at any time from Settings

Supported Cards

• Yield currently supports 18 premium credit cards from 6 issuers
• The supported card list is available in the app under Settings
• We may add or remove supported cards at any time
• Not all card benefits may be tracked automatically

Accuracy Disclaimer

• Benefit information is sourced from public card issuer data and may not be 100% current
• Transaction matching uses AI and may occasionally misclassify a transaction
• Points multiplier data is based on published rates and may not reflect targeted or limited-time offers
• Always verify benefit details with your card issuer

Not Financial Advice

• Yield provides informational tools, not financial advice
• We do not recommend opening, closing, or modifying credit card accounts
• Points optimization suggestions are informational only
• Consult a financial advisor for personalized advice

Intellectual Property

• The Yield app, design, and content are owned by Yield
• Credit card names, logos, and benefit programs are trademarks of their respective issuers
• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card issuer

Limitation of Liability

• Yield is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
• We are not liable for missed benefits, incorrect recommendations, or financial losses
• Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any)
• We are not responsible for actions taken by card issuers

Termination

• You may stop using Yield at any time by deleting your account
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota
• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
